It has been a few years for me. The ones I see these days are pretty faded and dull.

How about you? Have you seen any fresh ones?

3. Depends what you think of as troops wouldn't it.
And not everything is what it seems to be.

Could be a long shot.

So which team is yellow, and where is the overlap?

and he couldn't find a place to buy a new one.

In any event, I think they are old and faded because you never see new ones for sale anymore.

7. My parents had a big one on the back of their minivan for several years
But when they traded it in for their current vehicle they never bothered getting a new sticker. I think they were loathe to put any stickers on what was a brand new minivan. I know when they put the sticker on the old van it was already four years old by then.

11. I haven't seen any around here for a long time, new or old.
A new one I saw lately here is "Proud Grandparent of a Marine." That is a bit more innocuous but does seem to be stretching the patriotism a bit.

12. That sentiment has been around for a long while
While maybe related to the repubicon "Support the Troops", it may be little more or less than just what it says.
