You have been redirected to this location to file a claim(s) for damages from the Deepwater Horizon incident. Following is important information about the claim process.

If you are filing a claim, please read this entire summary before you file your claim(s).

If you are an attorney, filing on behalf of claimant(s), please fax a letter of representation to ESIS, Inc. at 302-476-6272.

Claim Types
Using this tool, you will able to file a claim for one of the following:

•Bodily Injury or Illness
•Property Damage
•Loss of Income
You will be required to describe the injury, illness, or property damage. You will also be asked how much money you are requesting to cover expenses, loss of income, and/or other matters. If you are unable to provide an actual amount, you will be asked for an estimate.

1. The thing that bugs me is if by filling out a claim now you forfeit any future liabilities from BP.
If that makes any sense. Because I think this is going to fuck up a HUGE number of people's lives for a long time and the damages currently are very sleight- compared to what they will be, eventually.

3. Yes that is true - if you feel it is going to be an ongoing loss - there is a suit they can join.
