About those pseudo cleaning people on the island

So given that POTUS was to be there, also...would the SS not want to vet anyone that would be in the area while he was touring? Are we to believe that BP could just randomly pick 400 people and throw them within spitting distance of POTUS without the feds stepping in and, at the very least, asking for a list of names?
Something is not adding up here.
And if there was no vetting, why???? They could have gone after him or planted stuff in the sand to do him harm (homemade whatevers that would ignite, etc...).

After all the workers ditched their protective clothing and board the bus to leave. Just to see what their final destination was.

2. Obviously the POTUS needs to go to every island

And have a photo op in every place. That way the workers can go to every one, and the politicians and media can make hay when the workers leave. Then, the next day they can go back and get some actual work done.
