1. Personally, I think it is BAD timing for an event like this...

-The War!
-High Gas Prices
-The Tornado (he didn't go directly to Kansas)... remember what he did (or didn't do after Katrina)
-General mood of the nation

Rome burns while *shrub* plays the buffoon.

2. King George played stand up comic.
He said the Queen's last trip to America was for our country's founding (he meant the bi-centennial), but if I would have been there, I would have corrected him with, "he meant, she only looks that old".

14. I thought that, too....
It sounded exactly like a line he'd rehearsed, and then delivered it with his timing off. Sounded awkward.

Also, saying "she just gave me a look like only a mother can give a child" is demeaning to both people and both countries.

That guy could fuck up a jello sandwich.

7. When you get right down to it, isn't everyday a negative for Bush
and the GOP?

All he has to do is open his mouth.

And it seems every day there is new and disturbing evidence revealed that proves the GOP is nothing but a bunch of criminals, breaking laws to advance their agendas.

I really believe the GOP/Bush has entered the final leg of their journey, and it's all downhill from here...

11. To hold the most opulent dinner in his administration NOW - piss poor timing.
It goes as a negative. Total excess as we face $4 gas, Kansas is in tatters and 27 war dead already in May.

Even if he rubs shoulders, winks, can't open doors or can't form a cogent sentence without mentioning 9/11.
