When weaknesses pile up as they did with this incident....the ROOT CAUSE lies in the direction of GREED and CHEAPNESS
They went CHEAP on the Leaky Well Prevention side of the Equation...go cheap when ya can....
2. looser regs from the lobby dudes helped make the LEAK more perfect
3. Lack of Disaster Apparatus and Recovery Systems made the Perfect leak Complete
The GOP has wrecked havoc everytime they get hold of power.....this is nuts ...and ..they still win here and there...they should be voted outta office period as a cleansing effort ....
