You are correct. Like they blamed LA gov because she did not shore up the levees that the federal government was responsible or building, Snow today said it is the governor of Kansas fault, that she does not have the manpower and equipment to help rebuild the tornado torn city.

So in other words she should have rounded up the young population of Kansas and conscripted them to the NG, (so bush could send them overseas again) and buy more equipment (for bush to grab up and send to Iraq). How damn stupid are these republicans. Snow is a bunch of bullshit. And that's the only word for this administration.
