Story changed! 'Islamic radicals' added to terror plot --A CLG reader (Ben Zavala) observes that the words 'Islamic radicals' were added to the Fort Dix terror plot story on CNN's homepage --quickly and quietly. CLG 08 May 2007

Email from Ben Zavala, Tuesday, May 08, 2007 10:46 AM
Subject: Story changed!

Hi there, folks:

I am a daily reader of your content. Thank you for all your good work. I wanted to email this because I found it extremely odd. It has to do with this plot about 6 individuals conspiring to shoot U.S. soldiers in Fort Dix, New Jersey.

I have CNN.com as my home page in my most frequently used web browser (old habit). At 9:29 AM today, I pulled article #1 titled "Sources: 6 charged with plot to kill Fort Dix soldiers" off of CNN's home page. About 1 hour later, at 10:25 AM, I went on the web to do something else and that same article was changed to "'Islamic radicals' arrested in plot to kill Fort Dix soldiers."

I have attached both articles in .pdf format for your info, and they are both time stamped…

I posted earlier that I had read a quote from an FBI agent that these guys "posed no imminent threat", I thought it was from CNN. Went back to the original thread from this morning it was MSNBC my bad on which network, but somewhere during the day things changed from no imminent threat to we dodged a bullet, so much for the librul media.

4. watch this turn out just like the Miami story
it will come out that an insider (fed) walked these guys through the steps that are mentioned in the news (ie money for guns, threats, "training") and then we'll see if charges ever get filed. They never did in the Miami case that stinks just like this one.

I call "shenanigans" on this one. Another case of fear fear fear.

5. I don't get it...
Everyone here agrees that Bush has made millions of Muslims hate us due to his botched war in Iraq. Why is it so unreasonable to imagine that a few of them may want to kill some Americans?

Just sayin...

6. Oh, I never thought it was unreasonable to expect revenge...
for the Bush regime's killing of 650+ thousand Iraqis.

9. Right, on the Friday before Christmas, during the 'slowest news cycle'
of the year, we will learn from page A-17 of the PentaPost that the six defendants were convicted of *much* lesser charges.
BTW, we can look forward to whole a lot more of these phony 'terror plots' leading to the 2008 'election' season.
Ultimately, however, Bush will play the bioterror card prior to November 2008, as the GOP can't steal a third 'election.'
Cheers,
Polar Bear
