Boston Legal for the left coasters is about torture at Gitmo.
“Human rights are so yesterday. This is America. Get with the program.” Well, I'm paraphrasing what I heard the character Denny say, which caused Alan to take the case of a former prisoner who was tortured at Gitmo.

Bernadette Peters is the judge.
