Mcdonalds not so happy meal

Indianapolis - A south side woman is taking a better look at what she eats. At lunch she found a small green box cutter in her salad.

In the middle of Tracy Kaiser's salad, mixed in with the lettuce, was a small green box cutter.

"I happened to look down. I had already eaten about half of it and I looked down and on my fork about ready to go in. It was a little teeny-tiny box cutter with the blades sticking out about like that," she said.

Kaiser says the blade was sticking out about a quarter of an inch. "I was terrified."

"I thought it was a joke at first, like Christina put it in my salad to be funny or something but them I was like, 'Whoooa, this is serious,'" she said.
