5. And so are most of Texas' reps
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x8523090

Culberson was interviewed during the Bush years and "misspoke" to the Clear Channel right-wing radio personalities, saying that "The U.S. is bankrupt."

He was right, of course, but KTRH's himbo and bimbo threw him nothing but softballs.

8. Boxer is safe
The midterms are still a while away and there is just so much material for Boxer to bludgeon Fiorina with. She has taken some extreme right wing positions that are not held by the vast majority of people in California and she is going to look like a tool when she starts walking back everything she has said.

11. I heard Meg Whitman say today that "two women who've created jobs" were elected yesterday
How long till the ads showing all the jobs HP created in Singapore, Bangalore and Shanghai (where my HP was shipped from) hit the airwaves. Carly's got a lot to answer for. Her golden parachute, her not voting until just recently, being sacked by HP. So much ammo. I hope that it's used.

13. +1 "Happy with your job? So were all the 20,000 HP employees... " Something
along those lines. Maybe happy happy workers, pulling back to show they're in Bangalore or elsewhere. That's an issue that affects and angers everybody - giving our jobs away.

10. Re-electing Boxer is my top priority this election season
I see the pictures from the Gulf, and I feel so very grateful to be represented by Senator Barbara Boxer. She has been a strong and effective leader, for decades, in protecting the California coast from oil drilling. She has also been at the forefront of demanding research and development of alternative energy.

I will be shocked and dismayed if she does not win re-election. Californians are not going to vote for anyone who chanted Drill Baby Drill at the 2008 Republican convention, as Fiorina did.
