tears while trying to speak?

I'm watching Tuesday's Oil Drilling & Legal Liability Hearing on C-Span 3, and that's the feeling I got from Sheldon Whitehouse when he was discussing and questioning. You could FEEL his disgust and incredulity.

Good guy.

EDIT: He was speaking to Jack Coleman, Founding Managing Partner - Energy North America.

6. I do like all those Senators. When people say everyone in Congress is a waste,

they need to realize we do have some good ones left...even in the Senate.
