times more a day than they said was leaking each day. I suspect we've been lied to. Imagine that.

3. I think alot of people don't really have perspective ...
.... when you watch the Spill Cam, it looks like maybe a fire hydrant's worth of oil spewing out of that thing ... when in reality it's probably about, what, 20-30 feet around? If they really knew - like show a human next to it for size relation - truly how much oil is being vomited out of that thing, they'd be more concerned IMO.

Now, if it really is "only" the girth of, say, a fire hydrant ... THAT'S STILL TOO DAMN MUCH!!! :mad:

4. Assuming BP is correct in saying they're now sucking 15,000 barrels/day..and the new gov't estimate
...of 25-30,000 barrels a day is also accurate (i trust that number, since a team of scientists on assignment by the feds took their time coming up with it)

then there is still around 15,000 barrels spewing each day. That's what the spill cam is showing us today.

And that's THREE TIMES what BP originally told us.
