My first... and only... Palin post.
Palin is Kingmaker in the GOP? May Zeus have mercy on them. Can anybody explain what the last sentence means... or is she just being incoherent. Again.

Palin chats with WA US Senate contender Didier
THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

RICHLAND, Wash. -- Sarah Palin met Friday with Republican U.S. Senate contender Clint Didier and declared "he has the right game plan for America."

The former vice presidential candidate and Alaska governor first tweeted her support of Didier back on May 20. She told The Tri-City Herald on Friday that she and her family stopped to visit with relatives in southeast Washington's Richland area en route back to Alaska by RV. Didier left the Washington state Republican convention in Vancouver to fly to Richland for the impromptu meeting with Palin, then returned to Vancouver.

He tweeted earlier Friday, "All geared up for the convention. Then I got the call from Sarah."

The Connell farmer and former Washington Redskins' football player hopes to advance through August's top two primary and challenge Democratic Sen. Patty Murray in November.

Asked why she's supporting Didier rather than two-time Republican gubernatorial candidate Dino Rossi, Palin replied that Didier "didn't wait to see what the lineup would look like." Rossi entered the race on May 26.

2. All of these articles are written by the GOP. The truth is that they WISH she was
a king maker.

3. In other news...
A cat survived a jump off a bridge in WA. That story deserves top billing over anything Sarah Palin opens her piehole about. And no, there is no explanation for that last sentence. Sarah is incoherant.

Yay! for the kitty!

4. You have to wonder what the powers that be in the GOP really think of Palin.
I'd love to be a fly on the wall.

Candidate who bashes U.S. aid got thousands in subsidies for farm

Republican U.S. Senate candidate Clint Didier likes to bash bloated government as he courts support of the conservative tea-party movement for his primary-election campaign. But Didier himself has cashed in on federal farm subsidies, according to a database of U.S. Department of Agriculture subsidies maintained by the Environmental Working Group (EWG).

Tea party, conservatives enliven WA GOP convention

....
"It's time we the people had the courage and fortitude to take our country back," U.S. Senate candidate Clint Didier told the gathering Saturday. "When I get to D.C., there's going to be hell to pay."

Didier, a Pasco farmer and former Washington Redskins football player, took a break from the convention Friday to fly to Richland and meet with former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, who was in southeast Washington to visit relatives.

Palin repeated her endorsement of Didier.

"He knew he had something to offer this great state and our country," Palin told the Tri-City Herald. "He didn't wait to see what the lineup would look like. He didn't play the political games that so many others do."

Didier, who wants to take on Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., told delegates his game plan: "Secure our borders, unshackle our industries and get rid of the regulations."

6. That Woman Is An Idiot...Desperation Edition
Look at the GOOP like a league with no farm system...totally bankrupt of ideas or talent. It's purity games and detachment with reality has enabled Grifterella to become a "celebrity politician"...the "great white hope in a skirt". She spews word salads that feel good, winks at the camera and it drives the wingnuts to orgasm as well as the corporate media. She can say the biggest lies or sound ignorant and it's glossed over by the star-struck adolescents that dominate the far right of the GOOP.

The right wing is desperate for good news these days...wanting to believe the country is believing their own bullshit that spews from hate radio and faux noise and echoed everywhere else. They want to believe their own press clippings of gaining 100 seats in the House and control of the Senate. They're hanging onto hopes that the teabaggers will somehow throw out every Democrat and every fault in the country will be tarred to President Obama. In this world Mooselini flourishes as there are few others who can get the attention.

The fun will be if the expectations don't match the results in November...and then the turf battles heading into 2012. Bible Spice is trying to position herself as a rock star...Raygun with Lipstick. The party will end up more fractured after November even if they gain seats. The 2012 primaries already look to be a lot of fun.
