(I have to admit, I suspect Newt of setting the groundwork for Assisted Suicide centers, more to cut costs than out of concern for the patients.)

Anyways, what if the dire predictions are wrong? For example, what about all the babyboomers who've never smoked?:

4. As the child of a father who recently died of Alzheimer's at age 87, I am fervently hoping
that there will soon be a decent way to do legal assisted suicide. I'm hoping this for my family, myself, and the families of all other potential future Alzheimer's sufferers. Not everyone will want this option, but I know that I do, if I should find myself entering the nightmare journey of this disease.

5. Newt Gingrich is not worried about anyone other than himself.
He is the biggest pic in American politics, edging out Cheney and Rove by a fat nose.
(just my opinion, of course - others may differ...)

7. He's largely responsible for Cheney and Rove having that kind of power.
As well as being largely responsible for the hideous way politics is done nowadays.
