4. He reminds me, more and more, of the Big Dog.
The simple sense of humor is just refreshing, and the fact that he has the guts to use it in campaign ads is impressive. Humor, to me, is a MUST in any political critter, whether a local assembly member, a State congresscritter, or anyone who must represent the people.

Godess knows, Alaska could use a little humor, with VECO honcho's pleading guilty to bribing a bunch of our politicos, and 3 under indictment - with more to come.

It seems that governors of smaller populations have a clearer vision for the middle, working class and those who must do without. And his international experience is undeniable. Alaska doesn't have a lot of electoral clout, but when we get behind a candidate, watch out.

I haven't committed to any one candidate yet, and have in fact contributed to several. I'd like to find out more about Richardson and read more about his accomplishments. Any quick links out there, fellow DU'ers? He may not be a front-runner, but like Mike Gravel, he's bound to shake a few trees!!

6. That's a neat commercial Cute as all hell.
A clever introduction to Governor Richardson that gives you his record and accomplishments in a nutshell but does not hit you over the head.

Nice work and makes you wonder why Richardson is not at the top of the pack--well maybe the ad said it--overqualified. Given what we've had for the past six years overqualified sounds pretty good to me.

If Gore doesn't get in, Richardson's the most qualified candidate in the race.

7. He definately has the credentials he just doesnt have the hype machine...
that Obama and Hilary have unfortunately.

I'm hoping more people will eventually wise up to him though.

9. I like a pol who can laugh at himself--but Richardson lacks the skill set our elections demand
Our elections require candidates who look good on TV, can respond to questions in perfect sound bites with out actually answering them and who always look as though they stepped down off of Mount Rushmore.

8. The ad was cute and to the point.
I really think his credentials are going to start making people take a look.
