I take it from that combination corpoate soft shoe and sermon on the mount that you aren't going to be placing BP in receivership anytime soon....

I did get the sense that a strongly worded letter might be forthcoming when BP gives 10 billion dollar to its shareholders in the coming days.

I don't know how ANYONE can not understand that this President is a corporate frontman, his duty is to be the PR frontman and damage control pointman for the corporations.

Don't agree? How do you explain the President low balling the oil spill numbers and allowing BP to hide behind the 5000 gallon a day number for a FULL MONTH? Giving BP cover and allowing the company to desperately get a handle on the spill before it became SO obvious that he had no CHOICE but to admit it.

How do you explain him FOREVER talking about what he is going to PRESSURE BP to do instead of what he is going to FORCE BP to do?

This spill is proof POSITIVE that the corporations truly run this show and we must rebel against their theatrics and their hidden hand behind those who have betrayed the people.
