Angola, off the Western coast of Africa, is expected to become the next big powerhouse of Africa. It's just now recovering from a Civil War that ended in 2002, and recent exploitation of natural resources has brought tremendous wealth to this previously war-torn nation. Recently, the Angolan government is discovering many ways to diversify their economy, so they won't be so dependent on oil, and that's where many of these projects come in...

5. I had the same thought -- Dubai-style. Is that what's hot in architecture these days?
