Poll question: Who Will Oversee the Gulf Coast Relief/Cleanup Fund?
I've got a feeling that the administration of this 30+ billion dollar fund, and the requisite vig to pay for lawyers and administrators, is going to be handed to a giant financial corporation.

It should be directly handled by a beefed up FEMA, or some other federal agency. But, since there's real money to be made, I don't think that's going to happen.

5. I am not sure.
It could be the government if the first two parties were BP and the fishmen. But, I tend to agree that he would have just said federal government if that was who it is to be.
