Let's see: The republicans wre against health insurance reform, continuing unemployment benefits,
against the BP escrow fund, against the offshore drilling ban, against repeal of DADT, against pulling troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan, against clean/renewable energy and many more...They seem to have offended or gone against the interests of nearly everyone in the USA who is not a hardcore rightwing idiot.

Yet we still hear on the MSM that they will take seats from the Democrats in November.

Who do they expect to vote for the GOP?

5. Communications Act of 1934
The Act established the FCC and promoted universal service to everyone at a reasonable price. Without this government regulation, many of us (particularly in rural areas) would never have had phone service over the past several decades. That's why the phone cable was pointed out in the picture.

polls which (taken together) are historically quite accurate.
