need help for lost cookies/password
My sister, Thirtieschild, asked me to post this message for her. She has lost her password to DU, and her Internet provider refuses to accept messages from DU administrators, sends them somewhere into cyberspace. She’s called her IPS and they aren’t any help. She can’t post a message asking for help because DU recognizes her computer and demands a password. HELP.

4. I sent an alert about 10 minutes ago.
Sometimes it takes a while to get an answer, but I can tell you the Admins will see this thread.

6. I take that to mean that
she used an email address provided by and stored on her IP's servers as a means to register here on DU, instead of using a free online email address like from Gmail, Yahoo! or Hotmail, ect...?

If so. perhaps adding www.democraticunderground.com as a contact address on her email page options will permit her to receive a password retrieval message from DU.
