BP went judge shopping to remove the ban.

The judge should have recused himself. Now he'll be facing inquiries about his bias and his so-called integrity. He sold out for BP and the oil companies of Louisiana.

I know many depend their livelihood on oil industry, but how much will BP rip them off if they continue to work and suddenly get health issues - that is what BP is skirting - a massive civil class-action lawsuit just around the corner. BP is also buying judges and senators so they can make causation near impossible to prove (it is the standard of whether the class action lawsuit can be sustained). BP is doing everything they can to block video, photos and have the control of the law enforcement to enforce what is NOT theirs. The only thing theirs are their crap and they fucking lost their priveleges when they started destroying the GOM and lying about it.

It is enough for me to be convinced that we need to remove our dependance on non-renewable fossil fuels and focus on renewable energy.
