1. I couldn't vote in your poll because Grovelbot was in the way
But since a judge is supposed to be impartial, and this one had too many conflicts of interest, meaning that his decision was a foregone conclusion, I think that some sort of disciplinary action should be taken.

3. I'm not a legal expert,
I wish I knew what sort of disciplinary action could be taken. Tossing out the decision would be a good start, if that could be done. Obviously, a judge who is heavily invested in oil and oil services companies should not be able to rule on a case involving such companies.

6. Judges in this country have no accountability.
They very often make decisions based on what's best for themselves, not the situation at hand. Legislating from the bench. Really, there should be some sort of checks and balances a judge must complete before taking on a case:

1. Do you personally know any of the parties involved?

2. Do you have any financial attachments to either of the parties?

If the answer to either question is yes, the judge does not get the case.
