1. "Nothing suspicious" so early ...
may be suspicious in and of itself.

2. Why would anyone want to kill him?
Maybe they found him face down with a waterlogged glass of scotch floating near his body.

3. Nothing suspicious pending an autopsy
He looks older than his stated age by about 10 years, so it's not inconceivable had had an MI.

5. I don't think he looks older...
Sometime a receding hairline and gray hair is the first thing a person notices.

His skin is still taut, with very few wrinkles. A few lines around the eyes. Looks like he may have had Rosacea.

7. Well if he didn't have an MI
that photo is shocking for a 49 year old.

8. "Nyman was wearing a shirt and shorts when he was found in the pool." That seems suspect to me.

9. Slips and falls into inground pools are actually common
Edited on Sat Jun-26-10 06:50 PM by ProudToBeBlueInRhody
I drove rescue for four years, and of the dozen pool incidents involving adults I responded to, most were them slipping or tripping over pool toys and cleaning products while clothed (of course, there were plenty of drunks too), and being disoriented. Of course, when we were called, there was someone there to pull them out before they drowned.
