6. Agreed.
Multiple heart attacks are not good for the heart.

He must have pretty advanced heart failure to be that symptomatic with the level of care he receives.

11. I don't want this man to go quietly in his sleep
I want it to be long and slow and painful. I want him to get a good long look at the dark face of death coming for him.

12. Last time he was hospitalized and I voiced sentiments almost
identidal to yours, I was reassured that congestive heart failure is a horrible way to die.

34. yes, congestive heart failure is not a pleasant way to die
--not that there are that many good ways...it's how my dad died, trapped in a vicious circle of weakening circulation-->worsening pulmonary edema-->greater strain on an already weak heart...in the end, gasping for breath, the victim essentially drowns in his own fluids. Ironically/karmically enough for Dick, not unlike waterboarding?

30. Getting another Deferment from death
Old Cheney is Mr. Deferment if ever there was one.

Has anyone ever equaled or surpassed his republicon chickehawkery world's record of 5 military deferments?

No wonder the republicons luvs him so, for his model of dodging responsibility, while racking up the Massive War Profits. He is an embodiment of their perverse 'Family Values.'

17. To feel better about yourself, try hating the man's actions without hating the man.
Try wishing him true happiness.

If he were truly happy he wouldn't be such an asshole and we'd all be better off.

So wishing him deep and lasting happiness is actually doing a public service in the long run.

Besides, don't we already have enough hate in the world without us heaping on more of the same?

Be nice, people. It's supposed to be what liberals are good at. (But maybe I'm wishing for too much.)
