3. somehow I doubt it
but even if we do, 90% of an unbelievable amount of oil still leaves a shitload of oil


but yeah, that statement would be laughable if it wasn't so tragic...they might be capturing 90% of the earlier 5,000 barrels a day estimate, maybe. I dunno.
