Massage therapist who says Al Gore groped her talks to the National Enquirer

The Portland massage therapist who says former Vice President Al Gore groped her in a downtown hotel room in October 2006 talked to the National Enquirer about her experience, calling Gore "a sick man."

The Enquirer identifies the woman, who is 54. The supermarket tabloid also prominently features a photograph of the woman holding a clear plastic bag containing "stained pants." In the article, which is only available in the print edition, the woman demands a full police investigation of her complaint.

In her detailed Jan. 8, 2009, statement to a Portland sexual assault investigator, the woman said she was called to the Hotel Lucia about 10:30 p.m. Oct. 24, 2006, to provide a massage for Gore, who was registered under the name "Mr. Stone." Once inside his ninth-floor suite, she said he pushed her hand to his groin, fondled her buttocks and breasts, tongue-kissed her and threw her down on the bed as she tried to thwart his advances.

She also said Gore had finished a beer and opened a bottle of Grand Marnier while she was in the room.

wouldn't be believable when she alleged it happened. After Tipper and Al Gore separated she wanted people to think it was because of her, and it gave her an opening to make these accusations.

Whether it is true or not, and anybody who knows Al Gore can't see him acting like this, the damage has been done and he will be forever tainted by her accusations. If I was Gore I would insist she take a lie detector test. And if it proves she is lying I would sue her and THE ENQUIRER for printing libel.

Yeah, so he asked for sex in a rude way. What is the big deal? It's like expecting a dog to not lick its butt. Humans and men in particular behave in certain ways in the majority, and among various cultures. Sure, it's disappointing, we like to believe humans will behave better than the average bear, but it's just the behavior patterns of the species.

Now don't fall off your chair, but there are actually massage therapists out there that actually do provide intimate sexual services to males (and females) if asked. Sometimes, and try to wrap your head around this, they actually offer such services willingly. And in fact, be careful there, it's a big reason why they got into the trade.

However, most massage therapists who do provide intimate sexual services don't brag about it, or exploit their clients in the media. This chick happened to land a big fish for once in her life, and I would hazard a guess, just got a little overwhelmed at the situation.

This woman had a very clear choice on how to handle the situation, and she chose what she hopes is the most profitable. I'd have to say her choices have just derailed her career completely. Not a good business woman at all.

Any woman with dignity and class, if confronted by such a situation, should have either laughed about it, or said that the session is over, and she would send a bill, or have carried on, provided the requested services and sent him a far larger bill. She could have had a long term, profitable client there... but now, she just looks like an idiot.

Licensed Massage Therapists are prohibited by law and ethics to not "provide intimate sexual services". 37 states license Massage Therapists and "intimate sexual services" are prohibited.
