I recently had occasion to get a first hand look at the Green initiative at the Capitol

This is all happening as the direct influence of Speaker Pelosi. I can say that I was very impressed. The changes are not window dressing. They are, indeed, deep and systemic. The government buildings controlled by the House of Representatives are forever changed by having been set on a course to a smaller carbon footprint. To hear the (non political) staff tell it, Nancy Pelosi was the driving force to ensure that this is a legacy she leaves. And they tell that story with obvious appreciation.
