"bright" is hardly a way to describe her investigative/journalistic skills.
For one thing... anyone with any common sense, real world experience, street savvy, etc, knows that it's useless to continually argue
with a cop over
anything... let alone a situation that doesn't involve them.
So... why even go there?
Throwing out phrases like "I'm an American Citizen"... "I have a Constitutional right", etc serves no purpose and only escalates the situation.
Sure... she has the right to say and speak whatever is on her mind, but a smarter and more experienced person would have chosen their words more carefully if they wanted to get to the bottom of things.
I work as a firefighter/EMT and it's not always an easy job.
It's not that uncommon when we (I), respond to an incident and some busy body steps in asking questions that don't pertain to them
and only get in the way.
I (or someone else), have no problem with shutting them down too.
"Bully"? I think the cop handled himself pretty well (and yes... he is a monster.. at least he didn't Taze her).
If she wanted a story/non-story, fine... there are other ways to go about it.
"Bright"? I'd say it's more like epic fail.
Now that that's out of the way, she is tiny, but looks like she works out a bit... and she's smokingly hot!
