A shout-out to DUer Monkeyman
I'm not a fan of these praise threads, but Monkeyman should know that I'm proud and grateful to have him here . . . and there for our soldiers and vets.

Here's to ya, Monkeyman. Keep it up. We're with you . . . and with your fellow servicefolks . . . as much as a group of keyboard peckers can possibly be.

44. I know first hand of his Midwest Vets Homeless Shelter here in Wheaton IL
I can attest to his devotion, hard work, and quality.

I get tears in my eyes when I drive past that beautiful home each week. I wish you all could see it. Some of my husband's clothes have ended up in the box behind that gorgeous Victorian home. I hope someday I can have the privilege of meeting Monkeyman in person - someone who shares my town and perhaps someday I can call my friend.
