Seriously though, these parables are fine unless you have acquaintances who email you at least one a day. Then you start to get a little annoyed at them.

Personally, I don't mind the ones that are about positive thinking but those religious ones that I have to forward and return to the person that sent them to me drive me nuts. I have broken many a chain letter. I am probably going to go to hell.
