"That's right, partners. Saddam hid the WMDs in the Gulf of Tonkin. That's why we've not found them yet. But Karl Rove assures me they will turn up soon after we form an intimate alliance with North Vietnam and the godless red commies in China.

"In the meantime, too bad about all the dead people in Iraq and soldiers and stuff, and the billions upon billions of your tax dollars we have liberally doled out to our republicon cronies. I mean, whatever.

"But you know, when you come right down to it, who cares what you citizens think?"
