So, if the Dems decide to not let the Bush tax cuts expire

Does that mean that they have to renew or rewrite the legislation, or make another vote on it?

If so, will Obama stick to his promise about letting them expire and VETO it?

2. I hope so..... but they are floating the trial balloons and stating how worried

they are. And we have already seen so much capitulation from the White House re: the blue dogs.

They are telegraphing a possibility and I think we should take notice when they do things like that.

some of the Dems were considering extending the bush tax cuts only for the Middle Class not the wealthy. Is that what anyone else understood?
