Let's elaborate on Corp Watch's Spies For Hire project, since many of them are criminal lowlifes
I'm starting this in reaction to the latest news about what some of the mercenaries hired by the US military and intelligence communities have been up to

"Pentagon workers found to have downloaded child pornography" by Ewen MacAskil (7-24-10 Guardian)
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2010/jul/24/pentagon-us-staff-downloaded-child-pornography

That's in addition to torture, murder, human trafficking, drugs etc.

Corp Watch (primarily through Tom Shorrock) started a project to inform those that are interested in learning about these taxpayer financed mercenary "intelligence" crews called Spies For Hire-it is available on the investigative journalists/whistleblowers website Crocodyl.org and was last updated/edited November 16, 2009.

Let's see what we can do in this thread along similar lines and get the word out on these criminals.

Spies For Hire (CorpWatch project on Crocodyl.org)
Defense Intelligence Agency/DIA and its Primary Contractors
http://www.crocodyl.org/spies_for_hire/defense_intelligence_agency_dia_and_its_primary_contractors

Add to this thread over the weekend, I'm sick of these bottomfeeders hiding behind "national security"-and sick of the privatization of everything.

3. I can only wait for the reactions to the Wikileaks releases-this is a good thread
for those concerned about the privatization of our military/intelligence to post in-and the fact is that discussion of Pakistan's ISI and the history of both pre and post 9/11 events are necessary in the context of these new documents and how they relate to today.

Below is an old Jake Tapper article that clarifies some of those US/ISI relationships

Spying eyes and ears (archived 9-14-01 Salon article)

Post what you have to say about mercenary intelligence operatives DU.

5. What a bunch of cowards so many of these mercenaries are-often led by psychopaths with big $$$
It's interesting that former FBI employee Coleen Rowley (who was consistently rebuffed by her superiors in her pre-9/11 investigation of known terrorists taking flight instructions) and Robert Parry (Consortium News founder) posted an article on June 15 that is now LBN.

Fwiw, below is that article

Wikileak Case Echoes Pentagon Papers by Coleen Rowley and Robert parry (6-15-10 Consortium News)
http://www.consortiumnews.com/2010/061510.html

Btw, let's not be cowardly about posting in this thread DU. Add to it.

7. It's not like real intelligence folks with these mercenaries-they'll do whatever if the price is
right, the real US intelligence community is supposed to share information to protect US, not multinational corporations. How often do we hear the "excuse" that critical info was withheld when something horrible happens?

John Young's Cryptome.org has a pdf from the government about sharing this kind of info. It's below,
Policy on Assured Information Sharing (AIS) for National Security Systems
http://cryptome.org/cnssp-24.pdf

Since there has been very little DU collaboration in this thread I suppose it's time for me to let it sink to the archives.

One last appeal for input from you, interested DUer. Otherwise let Erik Prince, J.Cofer Black, Elizabeth Cheney, the Krongard brothers, the rainbow of racist militias, the politically favored druglords and all the rest of these criminals classify their crimes some more and tell US it's against the law to talk about them.

9. Thank you BeHereNow-let's add to this DynCorp post because it is "training" in Afghanistan
DynCorp Wins Contract Dispute Over Afghan Police Training by Christine Spolar (3-15-10 Huffington Post article)
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/03/15/dyncorp-wins-contract-dis_n_500145.html

They've only expanded since whistleblowers Ben Johnston and Kathryn Bolkovac ripped open the child sex trafficking activites of Dyn Corp in Bosnia.

Those of US that speak about such evil used to be labeled and discredited as tin-foil conspiracy lunatics (there is a certain amount of collateral damage to one's psyche and soul when telling the truth about evil) today this can no longer be contained or perception managed.

It's one of the reasons why the US military and military families are suffering from so much unprecendented trauma including record self-destruction imo.

The former corporate owner of DynCorp was Computer Sciences Corporation-and they've got the well seasoned folks, tech and political juice for private intelligence.

CSC/DynCorp profile (CorpWatch)
http://www.corpwatch.org/section.php?id=18

Contribute to this thread DUers, it needn't expire too early-it certainly has linkage to all the LBN.

10. Yeah, good old Frank Carlucci and his cohorts.
It's amazing that no one recalls the Dyncorp child prostitution
ring in Bosnia; especially the people who award these contracts.
Pedophiles? NO problem, here's a shit load of money- now go
rape some kids in another country.

People SHOULD be outraged, but they don't seem to even remember.

11. Blackwater/Xe, CACI, MPRI, DynCorp, L-3 and a lot more are part of Special Access Programs (SAP's)
that came about during the BUSH/CHENEY/RUMSFELD et al post 9/11 criminal operationalization of whatever you want to call "policies" that include torture, kidnapping, assassination, domestic surveillance, illegal MSM propaganda and God knows what all else in the "Global War on Terror".

John Young's Cryptome.org has a pdf copy of the July 1, 2010 DoD's official policies about Special Access Programs as they continue.
