Anyone know when the "Leaks" were obtained? Was it during the Bush

Administration time or was it during Obama's time in office?
I know they covered Bush's time in office basically but when did the leaks actually get obtained?
I do not have the patience to read through them nor to read all about them lately. Am too tired from all the information flying around lately.

5. The infromation goes from 2004 to Dec of 2009.

Obama's first year of war is covered in the leaks.
