Black cop shoots/kills white man who called him a racial slur- and it's all Obama's fault

James Whitehead, 28, of West Orange, was taken to a hospital by ambulance from O'Reilly Auto Parts on 16th Street in Orange at about 5 p.m. Monday.

According to the employee, Capt. Arnold went outside the store to retrieve his badge from his truck so he could detain the man until police were able to respond to the 911 call about the disturbance. The employee said the customer followed Arnold outside.
Police are investigating what happened at that point to precipitate the shooting.>>>

There still isn't enough to this story for me to know whether the cop drastically overreacted, so I can't defend his behavior... but you gotta love how some of the idiot rednecks from my hometown manage to pin this incident on.... OBAMA! Check the comments section.

PCP and the cop was defending himself!

Because, apparently, in Oakland at least, it's legal for white cops to shoot unarmed, handcuffed black men in the back.

This could be anything from self-defense to cold murder, on the information available in the account. Capt. Arnold was certainly behavng properly to remonstrate with the man, and to move to detain him. What happened outside is the question.
