If the Dems cave on this, I will give up on the Party.

But I actually do believe that Obama would veto any attempt to revive those cuts; and I think that a veto would stick.

10. I think it is more likely that all the cuts expire than all the cuts are extended. n/t
If I had to handicap it.

60% chance that tax cuts only for rich (>$200K) expire.
30% chance they don't have the votes and everything expires.
10% chance they extend tax cuts for rich to also extend tax cuts for middle class.
