After Palin Endorsement, N.H. Voters Sour On Ayotte For Senate, lead over Hodes cut
http://blogs.cqpolitics.com/eyeon2010/2010/07/nh-new-hampshire-ppp-poll-sena.html

Expect to see a lot of analysis about what's going on in New Hampshire after this poll.

Public Policy Polling looked at the Senate race and found a striking change since Republican Kelly Ayotte scored an endorsement from Sarah Palin.

As a former attorney general, Ayotte has already run statewide and voters considering who they want to succeed retiring Sen. Judd Gregg ought to be at least somewhat familiar with her. But the Mama Grizzly seal of approval seems to have raised some doubts about Ayotte with the biggest bloc of voters in the state.

Ayotte's lead over Rep. Paul Hodes, the likely Democratic nominee, has been cut to 45 percent to 42 percent. That's within the 3.6-point margin of error.

1. I'm beginning to have some hope that the teabagger endorsement
will be the kiss of death for some Republicans. How sweet that would be!

2. If Palin were serious about 2012, she'd be counting on Ayotte helping to deliver the state to her.

3. The media has created the tea bagger movement. It isn't as
large as they make it out to be, imo. When Pres. Obama was in Pgh. a couple of months ago, only 12 teabaggers showed up to protest! No one talks about their low turnout and it's hard to make 12 people look like 12,000.

I think many in the media will be surprised by the November elections regarding the damage the teabaggers/Palin have done. See how they spin it.

8. Palin is the best thing to happen to the GOP in a long time
... if you don't like the GOP.
