1. So how does that compare to, say...
vehicle emissions from a large city over a similar time period?

2. Puppy dogs and rainbows. Puppy dogs and rainbows.
I'm just going to chant that for a little bit while I hug myself and rock back and forth in this chair.

I'm not beimg stupid or stubborn but if 1 gallon of gasoline equals 5.8 to 6.5 lbs and when one burns something you convert Mass into Energy, but not destroy it,Then how do they come up with 19.4 pounds of CO2 emissions from a gallon of gasoline?

5.8 to 6.5 Lbs + the corresponding amounts of Oxygen (In a car engine the air/fuel at optimum is 14.7/1) does not seem to equal 19.4 pounds.

Don't get me wrong please....the math here just sounds fuzzy.
