'terrorist'.

We are now supposed to be afraid not only of terrorists because, HEY!, no one is really frightened eonough by them all by themselves anymore, but now we'll be subjected to constant fear-mongering of a nuclear terrorist attack - most likely right here on American soil.

Sigh.

I'm not scared. Already.

1. And the foxnoise
refrain of "Be Afraid, Be scared", brings to mind what the phrase "Home of the Free, Land of the brave " is just so much bullshit if now wtf happened that we are soo scared? Why have so many just stopped thinking and parrot the crap on the tube. Even people I know who know better.

I'm me, I have survived 28 yrs with hiv, not without set backs and OIs that nearly got me, but I still plug along and talk back at authority when I can.
I am sick of hearing it already.

2. That is true, but it's not a new meme, not new at all.
They just keep harping on it because it's the scariest thing their little brains can think of.

3. I know it's not new. But, I watch 'news' all day every day and I have
noticed a substantial increase in the rhetoric since all the huh-bub about there only being about 100 or so Taliban that we're spending $billions to pursue.
