What if : Falsified Documents in Power Plant Construction
What if management was coercing employees to falsify the commissioning reports during the construction of an Electrical Power Plant.
More specifically the Control Systems Commissioning?
They are already having problems with vessels overflowing and dumping toxic chemicals. Soon they will be turning on the gas turbines and producing 1500 psi steam. Any thing could happen from an natural gas explosion like they had in Connecticut to a steam line blowing out and killing several workers.
