Gibbs apologizes...sort of...ok, be nice, read and discuss

"So what I may have said inartfully, let me say this way -- since coming to office in January 2009, this White House and Congress have worked tirelessly to put our country back on the right path. Most importantly, to dig our way out of a huge recession and build an economy that makes America more competitive and our middle class more secure. Some are frustrated that the change we want hasn't come fast enough for many Americans. That we all understand."

Gibbs
I think I understand very well--the President's most faithful
supporters are mentally challenged (Rahm Emmanuel) and
professional leftists (Mr. Gibbs) Geez, if they'd only
explained this during the election, I would have been so busy
working at my profession that I'd have forgotten where to
vote!

8. My frustration comes from their moderation and trying to be "bipartisan"
Even after it became apparent that the Repubs would fight them in lockstep. I wanted a leftist Bush. We had the popular opinion with us big time and start negotiating health care from the center? We should have been fighting for Single Payer from the beginning. It was the first hint that we hadn't elected a progressive as much as a corporatist. Nothing I've seen since disproves that notion.

12. Effort is meaningless..
... without results.

It is particularly meaningless when no real effort was made to fix the actual problems.
