I can make a few suggestions...Agent Orange comes to mind, Prozac (nice suicide rate there..and life ins does not pay on suicide).
to add..
Then again if we could get the lot of the neokons and baggers together then pump the room full of pot smoke.......

Then again I m thinking more and more to have every candidate go through a psychological evaluation.
