Poll question: Famous Republican women--who is the scariest of them all?
Edited on Fri Aug-13-10 11:45 AM by hyphenate
Let's face it: Repug women are a danger to all thinking Americans. But it would be an interesting consensus to see which of these women deserves more than just our disdain--which of these women should be locked in the most padded cell in a state mental hospital, and the key thrown away?

38. Do republican females still eat their afterbirth like other animals?
After the female of their species has a litter of republipups does she eat the afterbirth as lower forms of life do? And do their mates kill the strongest of their litters to keep down competition and perpetuate the weak-mindedness of their species for generations? Are there any people who work in zoos in this thread to shed any light on this?

Edited on Fri Aug-13-10 11:50 AM by mwb970
The idiocy just rolls off her in waves. I honestly don't think I have ever encountered a more unintelligent, coocoo-for-cocoa-puffs person in all my life. Jackson makes Slanthead Hannity look like a Rhodes scholar! She is beyond belief.

I'm very sorry for any horrible imagery that thought put in your mind. I just had lunch and I feel like I'm about to upchuck. If I do I'll name it after them and take a picture.

Speaking of that, I ate a lot yesterday so when I got up this morning I took a hannity, then I flushed.

27. That's how I feel about Laura, too.
I'll bet she relished going on Larry King & saying she supported gay marriage. And I think she really does support it, but I'll bet it gave her great satisfaction to finally be able to say so. However, I don't believe a word she said about what a great relationship she has with Babs.

Laura said "no one has suffered more than George during this war". Yeah right you soulless, heartless bitch. What about the hundreds of thousands if innocent Iraqis who were killed because of your husband's war? How about the almost 6,000 dead US soldiers and their families?

It's obvious to be a Bush, you have to be a sociopath. There will be a special place in hell for people like Laura Bush.

they are all equally dangerous in their own right. Moreover, it is not the woman herself that is the problem. It is the market for the stupidity, bigotry and hatred that they sell that keeps them from being thrown into the dustbin of obscurity....where, of course, they rightly belong.

You are correct about the other two. Somewhat embarrassed; I consider myself a major Floyd/Waters fan (got my tix to the Sept 30 Boston Wall show), and yet I never thought to look up who the other 2 pig references were.

And - though she is very old now - there is still the ultimate British Republican-type woman: the one-and-only Maggie Thatcher!

She is a very influential journalist for the Daily Mail and Spectator, who certainly is very preoccupied with Traditional Values and as such obsessed by the evils of gay rights and civil partnerships, single mothers, etc. She is also very anti-feminist, and against any social changes that have taken place since the 1950s, if not since the days of Good Queen Victoria. She is very Islamophobic, and one of the key figures in spreading the myth that Muslims are 'taking over' Britain, etc. She is very anti-science: pro-'intelligent design'; global warming denialist; key promoter of the 'vaccines cause autism' propaganda; etc. Specifically on the 'Republican' front, she considers that Obama believes in 'revolutionary Marxism' and is also quite possibly a secret Muslim!

21. Wow. Tough one.
While I agree with the poster above who said Bachman - cuz she truly believes the crap she spews, I vote for Palin. She has a dangerous combination of attributes: she's a zealot, she's stupid & she has charisma. The fact that we don't find her appealing does not diminish that. Remember in the '08 campaign how easily she incited people to the point they would shout out brazen things like "Kill him."

smooth polished corporate creature. She could be the face of a conservative upsurge. She has all the training and the corporate power structure would recognize her as a good soldier. And let's face it: many people in the U.S. (and Canada by extension) are suffering Stockholm Syndrome. The corporate agenda has held our jobs and economy hostage and too many people are surrendering hard-fought gains from years past for fear of enraging the beast.

Any woman who thinks that the likes of Palin, Angle, Bachmann, or any of the others are fit to hold the Presidency or any other public office. It's the ones who worship these imbeciles and cling to their every word that need to be locked up in a a padded room. You don't get more batshit crazy than that.

And, let me add:

Virginia Foxx
Nikki Haley
Marsha Blackburn
Laura Ingraham
