Ancient octopus coin?
Someone who just donated to DU posted a picture in the Grovelbot's big board of what appears to be an ancient coin depicting an octupus. I thought it was really cool and wanted to know more about it, so if the poster (or anyone else who might know about it) could fill the rest of us in, I would be much obliged!

4. It's an ancient imagining of the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
In the old days, it didn't need wings to fly.
