7. Authoritative figures give awards.
Glenn Beck has no authority in anything except in his knowledge and implementation of Hitler's ideas about "Propaganda and Organization."

10. Beck is managing to smear King, Aaron Copland and the Wizard of Oz
Edited on Sat Aug-28-10 10:51 AM by Joanne98
The music was wrote by Aaron Copland a gay Jewish socialist.

Do you think Beck's brain is a mixed up TV show?

21. Or more likely, it is he who has been co-opted.
Taking the racism out of right-wing authoritarianism is destined to be as popular as taking the alcohol out of beer. Beck knows that, as do all the other fascists at Fox News, but they also know they would have gone down in flames had they stuck to Beck's original narcissistic plan.

CSPAN just showed a wonderful shot of Beck claiming there were half a million people at the event, while the grass at the base of the Washington Monument was nice and green and largely unoccupied.

19. It's pretty funny to watch disgruntled white tea klanners
listening to watered down gospel music. They're like, wtf?

advising them to play along with the faux unity for the tea party's sake.

16. Professor Marvel/the Wiz had a good heart,
and Dorothy, Tin Man, Scarecrow, and Cowardly Lion were all seeking goodness-

I wish I could believe that Mr. Beck was as benevolent/benign as the Wiz.

:hi:

20. As I said, the most-asked question in DC will be...
..."where are Dorothy's ruby slippers?"

It's been the most-asked question in the Smithsonian for decades, and today will be no exception. I'm pretty sure there will be more people attending the museums than there are clogging the Memorial area.
