How the whole "Obama is a Muslim!!11!!" thing is very, very exploitable

I tried this in a small experiment, it'd be interesting to see how this plays out in a larger setting.

Find a place where people think Obama is a Muslim and ask:

"OK, Obama is a Muslim. But is he a Sunni, a Shiite, or a Sufi?"

Watch the silence, really incorrect statements (Even more incorrect), the humorous assumptions, etc. all roll in.

It'd be interesting if that segment of society that believes he's a Muslim breaks into Team "Obama is a SUNNI Muslim" vs Team "Obama is a SHIITE Muslim".

(PS: I think this will also be a way to fight against the dehumanization and the demonization that actual Muslims are facing from the right. The less of a monolithic block they can be portrayed as, then the less demonized they can be.)
