Postponing an election... Ghouliani knows how to do it

Do we, as a nation, want to take the risk that as a President, Ghouliaini will lead us to that point again?

For those who don't know, Ghouliani postponed the NYC mayoral election after 9/11. Will this nation follow him blindly to once again see that happen, only on a federal level?
