Please help find this animal abuser (warning: disturbing video)

I hesitated to post this because it's so disturbing, but DU has a lot of traffic and I'd love to see this girl caught.

CNN reports on a video of what appears to be a Croatian teenager throwing live puppies into a river. A link to the video is on the CNN page.
