Fox showed him saying just that. Just that. I saw it. John Stewart saw it too. Heck, Stewart told me.

So, how can you say he didn't say he was gonna raise everyone's taxes?

You see, Sean Hannity showed a clip of the phrase in the OP subject line, but he left out that part just ahead of the phrase.
