What's the difference between tax cuts for the rich and an appendix about to burst?

They both do nothing for you but they are both slowly killing something (Economy for the former, your life for the latter).

But, there is one key difference.

You'll be hard pressed to find a professional who takes a wait and see approach to an appendix. "Let's just wait, it's got to start working any time now. I SAID it's got to start working any time now!"
